Architecture students camp in Virgen de la Caridad neighbourhood.

75 architecture students spent 24h in Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood in Cartagena, to prepare a project of architectonic intervention, for the Mucho Mas Mayo Festival, which will be held between the 9th and 18th of May 2008.

The Organization of this Young Talent Festival, which depends on The Youth Council of Cartagena, have decided to incorporate a different neighborhood, every edition to hold part of the urban art exhibition of Mucho Mas Mayo, to sum up to the usual localization like the Historical Center of the City.

The neighborhood selected for this year is Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood.

One of the projects that has been chosen to develop in this area, is the Workshop of Architectonical Projects lead by the teacher and architect Juan Antonio Sánchez Morales in the Architecture School of University of Alicante.

The name of the project is ¿Multiarchitectures?.

They expecting for this Workshop to have 75 students from all levels of the Architecture School, to be working during the course, looking for the best Project to be executed by them in the week of Mucho Mas Mayo Festival.
